Further to the announcement on 26 March 2009, the Board of Directors of Hing Yiap Knitting Industries Berhad [“HYKI” or “the Company”] wish to announce that the total consideration of RM170,000 for the disposal of two industrial lots measuring 982 square feet each bearing postal address known as Lot 50-1 (First Floor) & 52-1 (First Floor), Jalan Metro Perdana Timur 10, Kepong Entrepreneurs’ Park, 52100 Kuala Lumpur was arrived at on a willing buyer willing seller basis.
