The Hing Yiap Group was founded in 1970 as a fabric and clothing manufacturer. Our early products were simple fabrics and t-shirts done for other wholesalers on a sub-contract basis.
By the mid-1970s, increase in demand has led to subsequent acquisition of modern textile machineries to enable the company to produce a wider range of sophisticated and better quality apparel such as tracksuits, jackets, sweaters, polo t-shirts, shorts, pants and much more. In 1975, the company was incorporated from a partnership entity to a private limited company.
